Who led each county in runs and wickets?
This table takes the highest run and wicket totals from each county's completed 2026 team record. Joint team leaders are retained for Glamorgan, Lancashire, Leicestershire and Somerset rather than being broken by an unrelated secondary metric.
The totals include knockouts only for counties that qualified. That is why a county leader can have 12 matches while a finalist's leader can have up to 15; the next section explains the match-scope effect.

Northamptonshire's third title
Which players led the 2026 champions?
Chris Lynn scored a team-high 518 runs and finished third in the competition. Ricardo Vasconcelos added 439 and made 88 in the Final, while captain David Willey contributed 402 runs and 14 wickets across the title campaign.
James Sales led the champions with 25 wickets and Calvin Harrison followed with 22. Northamptonshire therefore supplied three of the displayed top-five wicket positions while their batting and all-round contributions were spread across the order.
Twelve to 15 matches
Why did the statistical leaders play different numbers of matches?
Every county played 12 group matches. Quarter-finalists played a 13th, losing semi-finalists reached 14, and finalists Northamptonshire and Hampshire completed 15.
Cumulative run and wicket lists therefore reward both performance and progression. Weatherley's 591 came across Hampshire's full 15-match route, while Webster scored 578 in Warwickshire's 12-match league campaign; averages and strike rates provide context but do not replace the official aggregate order.
Completed men's competition only
What is included in these Vitality Blast statistics?
The competition leaderboards cover the 108 men's group matches, four quarter-finals, two semi-finals and Final from 22 May to 18 July 2026. The county-leader table uses the same completed-season boundary.
Women's Vitality Blast records, other county formats and later contracts are excluded. Figures are taken from the reviewed final statistical archive and county team records; StumpScope does not recalculate batting averages, strike rates or bowling totals from partial innings data.
