Competition overview
The fourth Women’s Premier League ran from 9 January to 5 February 2026. Five teams played a double round-robin league phase before the second- and third-placed sides met in the Eliminator and the table winner advanced directly to the Final.
Royal Challengers Bengaluru topped the league with six wins and 12 points. Delhi Capitals beat Gujarat Giants in the Eliminator, then made 203/4 in the Final before RCB completed the WPL’s highest successful chase at 204/4 with two balls remaining.
Smriti Mandhana finished as the leading run-scorer with 377 runs. Sophie Devine and Nandni Sharma shared the leading wicket tally with 17, while Devine received the season’s most valuable player award.
