WBBL 2026 statistics and leaderboard status

No player leads yet. Cricket Australia’s current WBBL|12 series record contains fixtures but no completed match or current statistics row at the 17 August cutoff.

A contracted player is not assigned a match, innings, run or wicket before she appears in a completed scorecard. Empty or zero-filled player tables would imply a ranking that the season has not created.

The batting leaderboard will show player, team, matches, innings, runs, highest score, average and strike rate. The bowling table will show matches, innings, wickets, best innings figures, average and economy when the complete inputs support them.

Each table will state its match cutoff and whether finals are included. Team changes, replacements and overseas availability will follow the scorecard team used in the match rather than an assumed full-season assignment.

Cricket Australia’s WBBL|11 Team of the Tournament report named Meg Lanning the regular-season Golden Bat with 430 runs. It also recorded Georgia Wareham as the regular-season wickets leader with 19, alongside 277 runs for Melbourne Renegades Women.

Those figures describe the 2025 WBBL|11 league stage. They provide a historical benchmark only and do not make either player a WBBL|12 leader before the 2026 competition starts.

Only WBBL|12 scorecards count: the 40 league matches, then the Knockout, Challenger and Final as they are completed. T20 Spring Challenge, international, state, WBBL|11 and other franchise records remain outside the totals.

League-stage and all-season views may differ once the finals begin. Any leaderboard covering all 43 matches will say so directly rather than mixing a league-only award with playoff-inclusive totals.

Runs, balls, dismissals, wickets and runs conceded will enter the ledger from completed official scorecards. Batting average, strike rate, bowling average and economy will be calculated only when the required innings inputs are complete.

A correction to an official scorecard will update the affected player and cutoff together. Until real WBBL|12 statistics exist, the current leaderboards remain unpublished rather than presenting names with artificial zero totals.
