Final after 40 league matches
Who topped the HBL PSL 11 points table?
Peshawar Zalmi won eight of ten league matches and finished four points clear of Islamabad United. Their 17-point total includes one point from the rain-abandoned match between the top two teams on 31 March.
Multan Sultans secured third with six wins and 12 points. Hyderabad Kingsmen, Lahore Qalandars and Karachi Kings each finished on ten points, so net run rate separated fourth, fifth and sixth place.

Top four progressed
How did the HBL PSL 11 table determine the playoffs?
First-placed Peshawar Zalmi and second-placed Islamabad United entered the Qualifier, which gave its winner a direct place in the Final. Third-placed Multan Sultans and fourth-placed Hyderabad Kingsmen met in Eliminator 1.
Peshawar won the Qualifier. Hyderabad then won both Eliminators and reached the Final, but those knockout results did not alter the league-stage order shown in this table.
Three teams finished on ten points
Why did Hyderabad qualify ahead of Lahore and Karachi?
Hyderabad Kingsmen, Lahore Qalandars and Karachi Kings all won five of ten matches. Hyderabad took fourth because its -0.361 net run rate was the strongest of the three, ahead of Lahore's -0.482 and Karachi's -0.869.
The tie therefore affected the final playoff place: Hyderabad advanced, while Lahore finished fifth and Karachi sixth. The displayed net run rates are the competition-table values and are not recalculated from partial score data.
One abandoned league match
Why did Peshawar and Islamabad finish on odd points?
The 31 March match between Islamabad United and Peshawar Zalmi was abandoned due to rain without a result. Each team received one point, which produced Peshawar's total of 17 and Islamabad's total of 13.
The no-result counts as a played league fixture for both teams. It is not recorded as a win or loss and does not add an invented score line to the results archive.
Playoffs excluded from standings
Do the HBL PSL 11 playoffs change the points table?
No. The table closes after all eight teams completed ten league matches on 26 April. The Qualifier, two Eliminators and Final belong to the knockout record and do not add played matches, wins or points to these standings.
The points table therefore covers 40 league matches, while the complete schedule and results archive covers 44 matches. Peshawar's title and Hyderabad's runners-up finish describe the playoff outcome, not a revised league position.
