What do the early CPL results show?
All seven teams recorded a win within the first eight matches. Saint Lucia Kings are the only side with two wins, while Jamaica has played four times and Guyana and Barbados only once, so raw points need the played column beside them.
Two results used rain-adjusted labels in the source record: TKR's 8 August win is marked DLS and Saint Lucia's 14 August win is marked D/L. The page preserves those labels and scores without reconstructing targets from partial information.
New and restored identities
What changed before CPL 2026 began?
Jamaica Kingsmen became the competition's seventh franchise, returning a Jamaica-based men's team to the CPL in a new identity. Their addition expanded the league phase to 35 matches, with every side scheduled to play ten times.
Barbados entered the season as the Tridents after five seasons under the Royals name. The current pages use Barbados Tridents, while the April fixture announcement is treated as a dated source that preceded the 13 May identity change.
Scheduled, not a result
What is the next CPL 2026 match?
Saint Lucia Kings are scheduled to face Barbados Tridents at Daren Sammy Cricket Ground on 16 August at 19:00 local time. It is match nine of the league phase.
The fixture remains outside the result timeline, standings total and player aggregates until the supported match centre publishes a final record. Jamaica Kingsmen versus St Kitts & Nevis Patriots follows at Sabina Park on 18 August.
