Pakistan National Champions Cup 2026 squads
The National Champions Cup used four PCB-announced playing XIs and a shared reserve pool rather than conventional large team squads. The cards below list every player who appeared in the six completed league matches, while the selection record explains how those match participants differ from the 27 July announcement.
Set XIs plus shared reserves
How were the National Champions Cup squads selected?
The PCB announced one set 11-player team for each of Pakistan Greens, Pakistan Whites, Pakistan Blues and Pakistan Gold. It also created a tournament-wide reserve pool that teams could use for injury or concussion replacements.
Completed scorecards show that the league-stage player groups became larger than the original XIs. The four cards retain the 53 distinct team-player assignments that appeared across all six round-robin matches; selection or reserve status is not presented as an appearance unless a scorecard records it.

Published selection pool
Who was in the National Champions Cup reserve pool?
The PCB described a 13-player reserve pool, but the categorized list in the same release names only 12 players. StumpScope lists the 12 published names and does not invent a thirteenth entry to make the totals agree.
The published names were batters Mohammad Suleman, Mohammad Faiq and Muhammad Irfan Khan; all-rounders Mubasir Khan and Danish Aziz; pacers Arshad Iqbal, Muhammad Salman, Razaullah, Saqib Khan, Mohammad Amir Khan and Shahnawaz Dahani; and wicketkeeper Haseebullah.
Announcement versus appearances
Why do the player cards differ from the announced XIs?
The official scorecards record reserve entrants and other team changes during the league phase. For example, Shahnawaz Dahani appeared for Pakistan Whites, while Mohammad Faiq and Irfan Khan appeared for Pakistan Blues; Pakistan Gold and Pakistan Greens also used players beyond their original 11.
The cards therefore answer who actually appeared through 16 August. The announced-XI lists answer who the PCB selected on 27 July. Keeping both dated views prevents an original selection from being mistaken for a match appearance or a later scorecard entrant from disappearing from the season record.
