Central Hinds at a glance
Central Hinds are Central Districts Cricket's women's domestic team and the only women's Major Association side drawn from districts across both New Zealand's North and South Islands. They play Women's Super Smash T20 and the Hallyburton Johnstone Shield.
The Hinds finished the 2025/26 Women's Super Smash league stage fourth with five wins, four losses, one abandonment, three bonus points and 25 total points. They missed the three-team finals despite winning half their completed matches.
Hannah Rowe captained the T20 side and became the first player to reach 100 Hinds T20 appearances. Deepak Joon was head coach, assisted by former Central Stags captain Greg Hay.

Central finished fourth with five wins, four losses, one match abandoned without a ball and 25 points including three bonus points. The 2026/27 Hinds domestic contracts and fixtures have not yet been published.
