Who is Lockie Ferguson?
Lockie Ferguson is a New Zealand fast bowler whose main weapon is pace, supported by a sharp bouncer, full yorker and slower-ball variations. Washington Freedom describes him as a right-arm fast bowler capable of operating above 150 kilometres per hour. He has played in New Zealand's ODI and T20I teams and across major franchise competitions, often used as a strike option rather than a purely defensive bowler.
His full name is Lachlan Hammond Ferguson, although cricket coverage almost universally uses Lockie. The ICC records an international career beginning in 2016. StumpScope keeps one canonical identity across New Zealand, Auckland, Washington Freedom, Punjab Kings, Welsh Fire, Desert Vipers and earlier franchise teams. A new league does not reset his statistics or create another profile.
